Time Sheet App when inputting the payment on an invoice can we also put the date? and linking invoices from clients to include unpaid amount.

so that it has been recorded when payment was made.
also if another invoice is made to a client and a payment has not been made for the previous invoice can it be automatically added to the next invoice to that client with the date and amount of the last amount that was paid?
