Allow linking of a contacts to a client and/or job, so time spent on calls can be automatically tracked and billed to jobs. It should try to find contacts that match clients in it’s database, but ALSO allow for choosing any contact, as clients may have multiple contacts within them. At the end of the call, ask if they would like to record this time to the client, and then ask which job to apply it to. Also to make it easier, put the last 5 projects for the client, and another button to choose from any of their projects.
