Make a subscription plan for 1 admin”boss” and a moderator and 8 employees. The one who pays for the subscription will automaticly become admin. Admin can choose a moderator.

Employees can write their hours and project numbers etc. Admin and mods will get these in a table where it will show how many hours each one have spent on the project.
