I would like to enter start/end times more quickly. I suggest to add an option so that the minutes of the time input widget are only 00, 15, 30, and 45. They could also be rounded to 10 or 5 minutes.
This is similar to the existing rounding option. The difference is that the existing rounding option does the rounding after the time has been entered. Here, I suggesting to enter the time already in rounded form.
