1. Add dedicated notes button to clock in/out/switch panel.
2. Add switching & notes to widget.
3. Setting to edit time entry after stop should also happen when switching. Mostly used for notes on the time entry, so it would be nice to have a seperate option for this feature to be the notes only for both stop & switch.
