Flextime account: target hours per month (e.g. 172 h) and overtime on flextime account (e.g. January target: 172h, actual: 192h => 20h flextime for February, first and second February flexitime reduction = 8hx2days = 16h 20h-16h = 4h overtime / Overtime.
