For customers, in the United States, we need a separate field for City and a separate field for State. State could be a pulldown of the 50 states plus District of Columbia. City and/or state could autofill the last value inputted (probably 98% of customers are from the state you’re in. If you lived in Wyoming, it would be nice not to have to scroll to WY every time you add a customer).
